Prices, bookings, packs, cancellations and the practical conditions that apply to Pulso en Cauce psychology sessions.
Last updated: 2 September 2026
1. Provider and scope
The service provider is Juan Blesa Robles, NIF 77347147X, self-employed General Health Psychologist, COPAO registration AN13132, trading as Pulso en Cauce. Contact: contacto@pulsoencauce.es and +34 684 789 128.
These terms apply to the individual psychology sessions and packs described on the fees page. A different service, report or format will be quoted and agreed before it is booked.
2. Free introductory session
The first session is a single, free, 20–30 minute introductory meeting. Its purpose is to understand the initial request, answer practical questions and consider whether the service is suitable. It is not a full clinical assessment, does not guarantee that treatment will begin and is not an emergency service.
3. Duration, formats and prices
- Standard sessions last approximately 45–60 minutes.
- Online single session: €60 per session.
- Online launch pack: €200 for five sessions (€40 per session).
- In-person single session: €60 per session.
- In-person pack: €225 for five sessions (€45 per session).
Prices shown are final for the healthcare sessions described here. Any non-healthcare service will be identified and taxed separately where applicable. Psychological healthcare aimed at diagnosis, prevention or treatment is VAT-exempt where the statutory requirements are met. The online launch rate applies for as long as it remains published on this website.
4. Booking and payment
A booking is confirmed when the confirmation is sent through the agreed channel. The price and format will be shown or communicated before confirmation. A single session is payable no later than the day of the session; a pack is payable before its first included session. The payment method will be communicated before payment is requested.
5. Packs
Packs are optional, personal and non-transferable. They are valid for six months from purchase and apply to the format stated at purchase. A reasonable extension may be agreed before expiry when justified force majeure prevents use. Usage is recorded internally and can be checked by contacting the practice.
6. Changes, cancellations and lateness
You may change or cancel without charge by giving at least 24 hours’ notice. A cancellation with less than 24 hours’ notice, or a no-show, may be charged or deducted from a pack, except where justified force majeure makes attendance or notice impossible. Arriving late does not normally extend the scheduled end time.
If the professional must cancel, a new time will be offered or any amount paid for that session will be refunded. If an online session is prevented by a material technical failure, a fair solution will be agreed according to its cause and the part of the session that could be provided.
7. Ending the process and refunds
You may stop at any time. Unused, unexpired pack sessions will be refunded at the price actually paid per session. Sessions already provided and valid late cancellations or no-shows are not refundable. After the remaining balance has been checked, the refund will be made, where possible, by the original payment method within 14 calendar days of the request.
8. Healthcare services and withdrawal
Healthcare services provided by a healthcare professional to assess, maintain or restore health are generally excluded from the specific statutory regime for distance-contract withdrawal. This does not limit any mandatory consumer rights or the voluntary refund rules for unused, unexpired pack sessions set out above.
9. Online sessions and location
Online suitability depends on privacy, safety, the person’s location, professional insurance and any local legal requirements. Emergency resources available where the person is located will be considered. The service may be declined or referred when safe, lawful and appropriate care cannot be ensured.
10. Confidentiality, complaints and applicable law
Personal and health information is handled according to the privacy policy and professional confidentiality obligations. This service is not an emergency service.
Questions or complaints can be sent to contacto@pulsoencauce.es. The official Andalusian complaint forms will be provided free of charge in the formats and through the channels required by the applicable rules. General information about the electronic system is available on the Andalusian Government Hoj@ website. Spanish law applies, without limiting any mandatory protections available to consumers in their place of residence.
